Who can become a member

Applicants who are ordinarily admitted:

  • Masters of Science and Masters of Arts in Psychology from the universities in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Aalborg (MSc in Psychology and MA in Psychology).
  • Masters in Educational Psychology from the Royal Danish School of Educational Studies.
  • Masters in Educational Psychology from the Danish School of Education (holding a title as Master in Educational Psychology) who have been accepted in the diploma program of psychology at the Danish School of Education not later than the summer of 2000. Admittance as a Masters member if the diploma degree program started later than this time requires an individual assessment before receiving a membership, one of the requirements being that the diploma degree has been completed at the Danish School of Education or under the auspices of the Danish School of Education.
  • Upon a board decision, others who have completed a practical-theoretical degree corresponding to the Master degrees as stated above, including non-Danish psychologists whose degrees have been approved through Cirius. See here for more information.
  • Psychology students at the universities in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Aalborg.
  • Psychology students at the Danish School of Education who were admitted in the diploma degree program in psychology not later than the summer of 2000 and who can document that they are enrolled in the Master’s program of Educational Psychology.
